Exchange/Return Policy

We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy.

You may choose to either store credit or amount refunded to your bank account.

1. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

Keep all items (INCLUDING the invoice) in a package and address it to the following:

  1. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned or exchanged, must be unworn and in their original condition with all packaging intact.
  2. Place return request from the link here: https://www.sarafrsjewellery.com/apps/return_prime
  3. Email us at support@sarafrsjewellery.com with images of the products with packaging and tags to schedule a return pick up.

Subsequent to this, your package will be picked up by our courier partner at no extra cost to you within 3-5 business days.

Once the item is received, we will check QC & credit the amount depending on the option selected by you while placing return request.

You can exchange an item purchased on www.sarafrsjewellery.com with the same item, however, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

To cancel an order, please send us an email at support@sarafrsjewellery.com with your order number within 06 hours from the time order is placed.
