Order Cancellation

Unboxing Video Requirement

Without an unboxing video, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
Items NOT Eligible for Return or Exchange

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, resizing (by a jeweller other than Saraf Jewellers), or damage.

Custom/made-to-order items and special orders.

Items delivered in unsealed, tampered, or taped parcels.

Note: Orders are shipped in sealed, tamper-proof bags. We hold no responsibility for issues with unsealed packages and will not process refunds or exchanges for such orders.

Shipping and Insurance

All orders are insured and shipped through renowned couriers.

In case your order is not delivered, contact us immediately. We will liaise with our logistics team to resolve the issue. If the claim is deemed valid, the order amount will be refunded.
Fraudulent Transactions
